Finding You A Tenant

Have you ever wondered how your new tenant is found for your rental property?

Here at Total Care Property Management we’ve invested in the latest technology to ensure we capture all tenant enquiries as they come in whether it is a weekend or public holiday or even after hours.

Imagine it’s a Friday night and a prospective tenant is looking on the internet for a property to rent. Having found one he then emails the agent hopeful of an answer over the weekend about inspection times and any other queries he has.

However, many property managers won’t look at their emails until they come to work on Monday and even then there may be other things to attend to first!

Our system means that the tenant is emailed back automatically with the day and time of the next inspection and is also given a checklist and other details about the property.

They are not left wondering and waiting for someone to get back to them.

Your property then becomes No.1 on their list.

All tenants are recorded in the system and sent a reminder via SMS on the day of the inspection. This ensures that every possible prospect has been given the opportunity to present themselves to the property manager for consideration.
