Gai is the Licensee of Total Care Property Management, and a qualified Property Manager. Gai is hands on in all aspects of the business from the Trust Account Management and Property Management, right through to the website design and marketing.

Gai also has a Bachelor of Business Degree, majoring in Information Systems and Management.We have many years experience as property owners and managers, and we have developed a superior management system. This helps to take away your day to day worries and reduce your risk. We developed our program to work for investors and as property owners and managers ourselves, we understand that vacancy and tenant changes are two of the biggest expenses that you that have to deal with, and we work hard to keep your property in good shape to attract and keep good quality people.
