WE GUARANTEE

TO RESPOND to phone calls from you within 2 hours during normal business hours and emails within 6 hours during business hours.

YOU WILL NEVER LOSE RENT with any tenant selected by us, provided you have adequate landlord’s insurance.

If we don’t achieve the rent we quoted (in writing), we will MAKE UP THE DIFFERENCE for the first six months of the lease.

If you appoint us as your managing agent for a minimum of 12 months, and if you are not satisfied with our service after the first 3 months, we will release you from the agreement and REFUND your first 3 months management fee. No questions asked.
