3: If we don’t achieve the rent we quote, we’ll make up the difference for the first 6 months of the lease;

Yes, we are happy to meet with the builder for scheduled ongoing Building Inspections for new apartment builds on behalf of our landlords.

We report any maintenance for your property regularly via routine inspections or through the tenant immediately. Work is recommended so that your asset maintains its capital value should you need to sell in the future.
