You’ll have a fantastic support team including, a trust account manager, property manager’s assistant, maintenance manager, business development manager and a fellow property manager to cover for you when you are on holiday or out of the office.

You won’t have to go hunting for new business, our BDM will bring it to you, allowing you to concentrate on leasing properties and looking after the landlords.


As a Senior Property Manager you will have a portfolio of 75 fantastic properties initially growing to a maximum of 110 before a new property manager is hired.

Your DUTIES will include communicating with landlords and tenants on:

  • maintenance issues,
  • lease renewal negotiations,
  • lease terminations and
  • routine inspections.
  • Your RESPONSIBILITIES in the case of a vacant property (either directly or by delegating/supervising other office staff) will include:

  • conducting final bond inspections
  • preparing the property to re-let (identify maintenance issues for the maintenance manager)
  • creating the advertising copy for the property and inspection times, (office staff will then advertising the property for lease on the appropriate websites
  • conducting viewings using our state of the art enquiry capture program
  • filming the Property Condition Report Video (written PCRs are written by staff using this footage)
  • processing tenant applications and reference checks (staff assisted)
  • Preparing lease documentation for the successful tenant (staff assisted)
  • communication and follow up of same with landlords

    The successful candidate will have had up to 10 years experience as a Property Manager in as much as they are able to hit the ground running with this portfolio.

    Outstanding communication and organisational skills, and the ability to liaise at all levels with a focus on customer service and issue resolution is desirable.

    Some experience with technological devices is advantageous, such as iPhone, iPad and Apple computers (iMac), and some familiarity with Google, YouTube and the major Real Estate Listing Portals is preferable though not essential.


    All properties on our rent roll are chosen based on our desirable property criteria, we do not take on all and every property.

    Our landlords have been chosen only after several meetings with our BDM and again meeting our stringent criteria. We do not take on all landlords!

    You’ll have the exclusive use of a company iPhone, iPad and a desktop iMac

    You’ll work with a team of enthusiastic people who love real estate and property in general.

    Our office is close to the freeway for easy access around the city.
